OUR HISTORY

GET TO KNOW US

1.   Established on July 8, 2014, as The Gathering Place by Pastors

     John Ortiz and Jeff Ortiz, alongside a close-knit group of family

     and friends.

2.  We were all together in Nederland until 2015, and then we made

     the exciting move to Port Neches!

3.  In 2017, we had outgrown our building, but we didn't let that

     stop us! We kept on praying for a bigger facility so we could

     make an even bigger impact on Southeast Texas and the

     world. And guess what? Our prayers were answered!
4.  In October 2022, The Gathering Place came together with a

     local congregation in Nederland to make an even bigger

     difference in our community. Now known as ReviveChurch, we

     exist to equip families to passionately follow Christ. We want

     families to Gather together, Grow in a life changing relationship

     with Jesus and Engage in ministry + our community.
